Everyone says they are gong to make a resolution for the New Year loss weight, stop smoking, etc...
Before you do this ask yourself why do I need to do this and is it really going to happen on Jan 1st?
My suggestion to this is don't put so much pressure on yourself to do it in Jan do it when you feel your ready to make a lifestyle change...
If it Jan 1st or Feb 1st does not make a difference the whole point is as Nike says "Just do it"...
